It's breakfast treat time for my wife. She's a good wife and deserves it. This is a simplified version of several recipes with excellent results.

Blog Redesign
I can be a pack rat sometimes. I hold on to things too long, I keep to much and I like a lot of links that gets me to where I want to go. Not so good for a blog. It was looking like a mess.
So it was time for a "fall cleaning" (that's a very late spring cleaning) and a paint job.
Welcome to my refreshed blog, I hope you enjoy it.
A final note. I'm again working 60 plus hours per week and getting home after 7 pm. Med students are in full "bloom" with lectures and I have several other projects that will take many hours. I will be back occasionally but I'm going into my fall "slow down" again. I will try to post at least weekly.
Regards

Oven Baked Mayonnaise Parmesan Chicken
So what is better than one Paula Deen recipe? Well the answer is two Paula Deen recipes. And neither one had butter. Amazing.
I started with an oven fried chicken recipe. The topping looked good but she used mustard as the base. But I'm not a mustard person. I though of using mayo. I searched a little and found another recipe. Also a Paula Dean for an oven baked chicken with a spicy mayo base. I of course did a little modification. She would not recognize them but we have a very tasty and easy baked chicken that is company ready but weekday simple.
Do you need a skinless boneless version? Click here to go to my 5-star rate version.

How to Make a Pizza
This is the one thing I always have to make when the kids are home or we are there. The call is always for "Daddy made pizza". They all have favorite toppings and my son is milk allergic so his version is made with a non cows milk cheese in a separate area of the kitchen and baked in a separate oven or it is epipen and ER time.

Easy Everyday Pizza Dough
This is a recipe that I have been using almost 40 years. (Did I just let my age slip a little?) It was on the side of a Gold Metal Flour bag and I'm sure I have modified it some over the years but the principles are the same. Start with warm water. Add twice as much flour. Add some yeast, oil, salt and sugar. Keep it warm and let it double in size. Spread it out and let it set about 10 minutes if you want thicker crust. If you want thinner crust (like my 4 cheese pizza) make a smaller amount and spread it thin and don't let it set.

30 Minute Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Faster than a speeding pizza dude. And a heck of a lot tastier and healthier. This is a simplified recipe that really deliveries.
Trim it. Season it. Grill it. All in about 30 minutes. Sorry but that's all I have today. Extremely simple... Extremely good.

4 Cheese White Pizza
I have been recently reminded that the two pizza recipes I use most often do not appear on this site. This one is for daughter #1... a 4 cheese white pizza. This has a great taste with the mixture of cheeses.
