A hard one to rate. Somewhat a 3 since I want to try fresh green beans. I will probably do it frequently since it just fits how we live with me being lucky to plan the main course and sides almost never come into planing. So I'm calling it a solid 4. Not a 5.
Notes: I have fresh green beans in the fridge to try this soon. I'm thinking a little paprika would be interesting.
Chop 1/2 medium onion and crush 1-2 cloves garlic.
Heat one tablespoon butter over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until transparent. Add the crushed garlic and cook one more minute.

I use canned green beans plenty of times, you can't always get fresh. Plus it's good to have some staples tucked away.
