You can never have too many great chicken recipes. Put this one up there with the best you have. It has it all: wonderful spicy Parmesan taste, great texture, moist and oh so easy.
I based this off an allrecipe.com recipe. I added some panko bread crumbs and garlic since all chicken must have garlic at our house. With the Parmesan combined with paprika and garlic, you get a tasty main dish.

Ultra Simple Crock Pot White Chicken Chili
This is the EASIEST white chicken chili slow cooker recipe you will ever see. Dump, dump, dump cook for 4 hours with stirring once or twice in the middle. You are rewarded for you laziness with a great chili and all your friends will demand the recipe.
For the first time, I'm repeating a recipe. This was one of my first posts and it has always been one of my most requested recipes. Maybe 50 people saw the first post so a repeat is definitely in order.

Old Fashion Scalloped Potatoes
This is one of those great older recipes that is easy and absolutely delicious. I love a classic recipe. They are usually easy and almost always present a unmatched wholesome taste with simple ingredients.
My wife has mentioned scalloped potatoes several times in the last month and I can eventually take a hint. I'm in the habit of not telling her what I'm cooking. I just call her for dinner. Sometimes she loves her surprise and sometimes not so much. This brought the biggest smile in a long time. A definite "Wifo" comfort food.

ZipList Recipe Box - Get Yours Today
I'm pleased to announce two changes that will make 101 Cooking For Two more useful for you.
First is a cleanup of the print function. This has been an issue at times for the last year and a half. All recipes now have a working print function. Almost all of the print buttons are located within the "rich snippet" area of the post at the bottom of the post (the recipe area with the boarder around it). See the graphic below for an example. This button will take you to my Google Site that contains the print files for 101 Cooking For Two where it should automatically print a formatted recipe without pictures.
The second, I have teamed up with ZipList.com. They power a total FREE online universal recipe box with shopping list, meal planning and other functions that can be accessed from anywhere including your mobile device. The free mobile apps are available for many devices. Check them out.
Signup with ZipList now. You can quickly create your free account by visiting the Recipe Box. Once logged in, you can add favorite recipes to your personal recipe box from 101 Cooking For Two, MarthaStewart.com, and Epicurious as well as many other food blogs and sites. You will also be able to add the ingredients to the handy shopping list.
Except for a few very early recipes on the blog, all recipes have the handy "Save Recipe" button within the recipe for you.
You can access your personal recipe box when you save a recipe or trough the "ZipList Recipe Box" link at the top of the blog.
There are additional links to ZipList and some of their functions in the sidebar.
Give this new features a test run and you will be hooked.

Uncooked Macaroni Crock Pot Mac and Cheese
Just put that uncooked macaroni in the crock pot. Yep, uncooked. Add some milk and spices. Cook. Then add cheese and in a few minutes you're done.

Favorite Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake aka Daddy Coffee Cake
Let's start the year with an old favorite. A tasty, quick, no planning needed coffee cake that any dad can do. Dads can cook too...
Before I "cooked", this is one of the things I cooked. I would get up in the morning with no plans and suddenly decide it was a coffee cake morning for everyone. So in 40 minutes, we had two hot out of the oven coffee cakes with what we always had on hand. (a double batch... why do one when you can do two in the same time). I did it so many times, I didn't open the cookbook after a while.
