Bow Wow #13 - Puppies Gone Wild

Puppies Gone Wild

Welcome to Bow Wow #13 Puppies Gone Wild. The ongoing adventures of puppy-hood of  Molly and Lilly, two 5 1/2 month old English Golden Retriever Puppies. It has been a while since the last puppy update so enjoy the videos.

Two things have coincided to lead to today’s video presentation. First, we have just started to allow the puppies off leash in the yard. We now have enough confidence to allow them off leash and that they will come back when called.

Second, I have a new toy. My Canon T3 has been replace with a fancy dancy 70d Canon for Father’s Day… a wonderful new toy I needed to try out today.  I will get better. The top photo is a clip from a movie but I felt showed the theme of the day.

The girls have gotten bigger and are a hand full on a walk. Molly is 43 pounds and Lilly continues to be five pounds lighter at 38 pounds. We need to get back to puppy class but a family emergency has interfered.

I love your “fur babies”…they are beautiful. I have followed them since their debut! I currently don’t have a dog but have had several labs in the past. It is hard to recover from losing them. Keep the videos/pictures coming!

I can hear your (labored) breathing through most of the outdoor videos. Is there something that can be done about that? I wouldn’t know. I don’t have a video camera but I’m sure lots of the fur baby fan club out there do. :)

I stabilized the camera against my chest. I should use a tripod. I will see if there is a way to delete the sound…
