There is absolutely great food to be had for little work. Unlike Thanksgiving, there is no spending the day at the stove.Cinco de Mayo is my favorite food holiday.
I’m almost back to posting recipes. I was able to cook dinner finally tonight. Strip steaks on the grill with baked potatoes and fresh corn on the cob. Nothing to post there but at least it was not take out and no microwave was involved.
We have spent the weekend toting boxes and unloading stuff and stuff and more stuff. A special thanks to Zack our helper. No kitchen pictures today… they would just be pictures of boxes.
