Have you ever wanted to save a recipe to an old fashion recipe box? Well, I have a solution for you, at least on this site. Say hello to “Saved Recipes Box” where you can save and organize recipes on this site.
This feature will allow you to “collect” recipes from 101 Cooking for Two. You will find a button “Add to Saved Recipe” in all recipe cards on all recipes along with the top of the recipes.
If you have the recipe already in your “Save Recipes,” the button will say “Go to Saved Recipes.”
A link directly to your recipe collection is also provided in the menu of both mobile and desktop. Check it out here.
You may organize the recipes into “Collections.” You could have collection for chicken recipes or holiday recipes for example. You could also “meal plan” by adding recipes to a “Monday” collection for example.
The same recipes may be in multiple collections at the same time, and you may copy them to another collection. All very handy.
Also, you will have the ability to print shopping lists.

The Storage of Your Lists
I have disabled the function of you storing your “Saved Recipes Collections” on this site. That would require memberships and passwords.
I don’t want you to need to remember those things or log in to use this feature. Plus, I don’t want your passwords — a security issue I don’t want.
Those collected recipe links will be stored in your browser — links only, not the full recipes — so minimal space usage.
But if you delete the browser data, you may delete your collections. Just be aware of that. I do not have a copy of your collections nor do I know what you have saved.
Play around with it and let me know what you think. This is part of the recipe update I announced a few weeks ago.
