Ingredients
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 28oz black beansrinsed
  • 14oz light kidney beansrinsed
  • 4oz green chilies
  • 1 onionmedium diced
  • 1 green pepperChopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepperdiced small
  • 16oz salsa
  • 16oz low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1tablespoon chili powder
  • 1teaspoon oregano
  • 1teaspoon cumin
Instructions
  1. Prep onion and green pepper and chop medium. Prep jalapeno and chop fine.
  2. Prep tenderloin remove all trimmable fat and the silverskin. Cut into 3/4 to 1-inch cubes.
  3. Place all ingredients in a crock pot on low for 4 hours.
